The origins of the FTX Moon Character (currently known as the FTX Moon Man), are documented with time stamp certificates by Origin Stamp (OriginStamp.Com) placing the MoonSwap Project 04022021 concept and idea on the Bitcoin, Ethereum, Aion Blockchains. This concept and idea was the property of FTX.US, but FTX.US, and Sam Bankman-Fried breached their employment contract with DM111458, so this project and concept is the property of DM111458 and NFTmeGlobal.
(NFTmeGlobal herein refers to the original concept artist inventor whose initials and date of birth are DM111458, who wishes to remain anonymous at this point in time.)
The MoonSwap Project was submitted by DM111458 to Sam Bankman-Fried, and FTX via FTX attorney-at-law, Dan Friedberg on April 2, 2021. DM111458 asked Mr. Friedberg to forward the concept of the MoonSwap Project to Sam Bankman-Fried for his review.

Shortly after submitting the MoonSwap Project 04022021 to FTX and Sam Bankman-Fried, I received a call from Mr. Friedberg. He called to tell me how excited Sam was about some of my ideas and concepts that I submitted, and he encouraged me to keep submitting ideas even though I had not signed the employment contract and that he was very busy with other projects for FTX.US and Sam, but he would finish the employment contract for me to sign. I replied that I was happy to submit ideas because I really love doing so, and my hope was to be a long-term employee/subcontractor for FTX.US.
So even if I signed an employment contract with FTX.US, I would have to say no to modifying a copyrighted image. I told Dan I would be happy to start from scratch, but that would take me a week or two, but I would have at least a dozen original images. Dan’s reply was, “well Sam wants everything NOW, and I don’t think he wants to wait a week or two.” He said, “Thanks anyhow, and keep up the good work.”
I said, “hey before you go, just off the top of my head, I think a great FTX Moon character would look great in a spacesuit and helmet with FTX logos on it, like the idea and image I am working on now called the FTX Satellite Project 2021.”
Dan replied, “just send it to us, and I will get it to the FTX team.”
Here are a few more ideas and graphics I did before I signed an employment contract with FTX.US that was actually a release and settlement of the 100 million dollars SAFE Token Cover protocol theft. Can you imagine using an employment contract instead of a Receipt and Release of theft of 100-Million-Dollars? Well, Sam Bankman-Fried and his lawyer did just that. I was thinking I was going to be hired, but Sam and FTX were thinking how can we cheat this guy out of what we owe him. Besides being a thief, a global billion-dollar thief, Sam just flat out has bad character when it comes to stealing and manipulating.
